Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the Olivia Jeans brand, boosting in-store and field sales, and building a loyal customer base through engaging and personalized selling strategies. Key Responsibilities: Represent and promote the Olivia Jeans brand in retail spaces, pop-ups, events, and customer locations. Actively engage with potential customers, introduce products, and communicate brand values. Build and maintain a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-ups. Execute sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team. Track and achieve individual sales targets. Contribute to the brand’s visibility through collaboration with marketing and social media teams. Attend product training sessions to stay updated on collections and features. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, retail, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven. Passionate about fashion, customer experience, and brand growth. Comfortable with field work and traveling if required.
