Sales Representative

Job Title: Pharma Sales Executive – Third-Party Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients (distributors, wholesalers, pharma companies) seeking third-party manufacturing services.
• Generate leads through industry networking, online channels, and trade shows.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide quotations, MOQs, and manufacturing timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Regularly update clients on product availability, regulatory compliance, production status, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business (B.Pharm, B.Sc, or MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in third-party manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and regulatory documentation (like WHO-GMP, COPP, etc.).
• Familiarity with P2P, B2B, and institutional pharma markets

Prefererd Skills:

• Knowledge of product development cycles and costing strategies in third-party manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
