At Knots, we don’t just sell footwear — we sell stories, comfort, and confidence. As we expand our presence, we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Staff who can represent our brand and connect with customers on the ground.

Role Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome!)

Your Role at Knots:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection
• Share product features, styles, and fitting advice
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays
• Support billing, packaging, and inventory updates
• Help achieve daily sales targets with a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for fashion
• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of retail sales (training provided)
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
• A team player who enjoys working in a vibrant environment
