Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Lucknow. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves staying current with market trends and liaising with developers and other real estate professionals.

Qualifications

Sales and customer service skills
Negotiation and contract preparation skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
