Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and representing the organization professionally in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into admissions/sales.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Ensure complete understanding of company offerings to pitch effectively.
• Participate in marketing activities/events, if required.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company processes at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Education industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or field visits.
