Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven OEM Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the automobile supply chain, and the ability to drive business by identifying and developing new OEM partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OEM clients in the automotive industry.
Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective OEM partners.
Understand client requirements and offer customized product or component solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in coordination with internal teams.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth from the OEM segment.
Coordinate with product development, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Attend automotive trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings.
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and OEM requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
