Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our sales operations in the Varanasi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counter sales, field visits, distributor relationship management, and ensuring consistent order generation for our home care products - ANKUR salt and Vadaa detergent. Key Responsibilities: Distributor Sales Management: Visit distributors regularly to take orders and ensure product availability Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors. Counter Sales: Visit retail counters across the region to drive product visibility and sales Educate shopkeepers and retailers on product benefits and pricing Gather market feedback and competitor insights Order Generation: Proactively generate orders from the market and ensure smooth order processing Coordinate with the supply/logistics team for timely delivery Field Sales & Reporting: Cover assigned territories as per schedule and daily route plans Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to the manager
