Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Representative who can convert customer queries related to pre-orders, payment failures, and abandoned carts into successful purchases. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers through WhatsApp, calls, emails, or chat, and provide prompt, personalized assistance to drive conversions and enhance the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers who have: 1.Initiated a pre-order query 2.Encountered a payment failure 3.Left products in the cart without completing the purchase (abandoned cart) Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, or email in a timely manner to drive closure. Understand the customers needs and suggest relevant products or offers to encourage purchase completion. Coordinate with the operations and support team to ensure order fulfillment or address payment-related concerns. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (preferably in e-commerce or D2C). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Persuasive and empathetic communicator with strong objection-handling skills. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
