Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Representative with experience in the EdTech sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training organizations. You will play a key role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B sales leads in the education and corporate learning sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as school administrators, HR managers, training heads, and procurement teams. Present and demonstrate our EdTech products and solutions effectively to prospective clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize client acquisition and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Preferred Work Experience: 1 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in the EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience selling to schools, universities, or corporate L&D departments is a major plus. Ability to understand and present technical concepts in a consultative manner. Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
