Sales Representative

As an experienced Sales Representative at Atul Engineering Works (AEW), you will be leading the Cable Lugs Division of a leading manufacturer of high-quality electrical cable lugs and terminals. With over three decades of strong reputation in both domestic and global markets, AEW is expanding its dynamic team and seeking individuals who can contribute to its growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate new business leads and establish sustainable relationships in the electrical accessories sales industry. - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure. - Obtain and maintain approvals from utility companies in India and the middle-east. - Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Prepare and follow up on client quotations. - Foster long-term customer relationships for continuous business growth. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electrical accessories sales. - Experience in managing relationships with utilities and regulatory bodies. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proven track record in sales within the electrical cable lugs or related industry. - Strong technical knowledge and experience in securing utility approvals. - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP software.
