Job Description

Woodlife Industries is a sister company within Dehli Hardwares Group which is a well-established family business with a strong presence in the hardware sector. Our dedicated (Woodlife Industries) Industrial Glue division specializes in high-performance adhesives, including waterproof, water-resistant, and B2B furniture glues, as well as solutions for the paper packaging industry. While we currently have a strong foothold in the Jaipur region, we're looking to expand our reach across all of Rajasthan.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in Rajasthan.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for our industrial glue products across Rajasthan (target: 8 tonnes monthly post 3month probation).
  • Market Expansion: Identify, prioritize, and penetrate new clusters and customer segments within the state.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Oversee and drive adoption of our QR code-based loyalty program for carpenters, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management, ideally within the industrial glues, chemicals, or a related B2B product industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and target-driven approach with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Rajasthan.
