We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI & Graphics Designer (well -versed with Figma Auto-Layout & Figma Animations ) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our web development projects by crafting innovative designs and visual experiences that captivate the end user, all while ensuring brand consistency and conversion optimization. This position requires a strong foundation in both user-centered design and visual communication to meet the diverse needs of our global clients. (Job is for the digital marketing arm of Dehli Hardware Group - It is a different agency that works on marketing and IT sector projects) Core Responsibilities: 1. User-centric Design & Strategy User Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research using surveys, interviews, and analytics to understand and analyze target audience behaviors, needs, and pain points. These insights will be fundamental in guiding all design-related decisions. Persona & Journey Mapping: Develop detailed user personas and map out customer journeys to create a clear visualization of the interactions users have with a client’s brand across various digital channels. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create clear, low-fidelity wireframes as well as interactive high-fidelity prototypes for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications. This step is essential for testing and refining user flows before the development phase. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing sessions to gather constructive feedback on design concepts. Use insights from testing to identify and resolve pain points, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. 2. Visual Design & Brand Identity Graphic Design for Marketing Campaigns: Design a diverse array of marketing collateral—social media graphics, display ads, email templates, infographics, and lead magnets—that are both visually appealing and in line with brand standards. Brand Guideline Development & Enforcement: Create and maintain comprehensive brand style guides, including typography, color palettes, imagery, and logo usage. This ensures that all marketing materials consistently reflect the client’s identity. Website & Landing Page Design: Develop visually striking, user-friendly website layouts and landing pages that are optimized for conversion and communicate the essence of the client’s brand. Logo & Branding Asset Creation: Design new logos and refresh existing branding assets to help clients establish a strong, memorable brand presence in a competitive landscape. 3. Collaboration & Communication Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, SEO specialists, and web developers. This co-operative approach ensures that design solutions meet overall campaign goals and technical requirements. Client Communication & Presentation: Present design concepts, user research findings, and project progress to stakeholders and clients.
