Sales Representative/Assistant Manager

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the building industries, including fa ade consultants, builders, and architects. This role requires a proactive and target-oriented approach to sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Regularly interact with architects to gather product specifications and understand customer needs
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to customers
Utilize solution-selling skills to meet sales targets and close orders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and communication
Convert cold calls into confirmed business orders
Meet or exceed sales quotas for assigned territory
Travel extensively across the south zone as required

4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
Strong knowledge of fa ade consultants, builders, and architects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
