Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Quality Analyst to evaluate and enhance the performance of our telesales team

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound telesales calls to ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance standards, and customer engagement guidelines.
Identify key improvement areas and share constructive feedback with sales executives.
Track quality metrics such as conversion rate, call handling, and communication effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales trainers and team leaders to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on call quality scores, trends, and performance insights.
Conduct calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
Recommend training or process changes to enhance overall telesales performance.
Maintain confidentiality of all performance data and ensure data accuracy.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Good understanding of telesales processes and customer engagement techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel, call monitoring tools, and CRM software.
Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline is Mandatory
1–4 years of experience in telesales quality, customer service quality, or a similar role.
Experience in BPO/Telecalling/Sales environments preferred.
