Your primary task will involve manually auditing sales calls to identify successful conversations at Error Makes Clever. Upholding high-quality standards by effectively managing and utilizing every lead will be key in this full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. You will also be required to provide daily progress reporting and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Manual Call Auditing:** Listen to and review a large volume of recorded calls against predefined quality and compliance benchmarks. - **Insight Generation:** Identify what's working well, common challenges, and areas for improvement. - **Reporting:** Prepare clear, data-backed reports on call quality and team performance to be shared with sales managers and stakeholders until the automated quality tool is implemented. **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** A minimum of 12 years of experience, preferably in roles requiring strong attention to detail such as quality assurance, auditing, proofreading, or analytical customer service/sales. - **Exceptional Listening & Analytical Skills:** Ability to deeply listen, catch small details, and understand conversations thoroughly. - **Pattern Recognition:** Skilled at connecting insights from multiple conversations. - **Strong Communication:** Capable of presenting findings clearly and constructively in written reports and discussions with product and sales teams. - **Objectivity & Integrity:** Consistently unbiased and disciplined in evaluating performance against standards.
