Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and demonstrate products to customers at retail stores, trade shows, or promotional events.
Engage with customers to explain product features, benefits, and usage.
Encourage product trial and purchase through persuasive communication.
Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability at the point of sale.
Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales/marketing team.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
Distribute promotional materials and samples as required.
Collaborate with store staff and management to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain a professional and approachable appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotional roles preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash (if required).
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
