Job Description

Sales Promoter

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail stores, malls, exhibitions, or outdoor events.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers clearly and convincingly.
Proactively approach potential customers and drive product trials.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a clean and attractive product display and promotional booth.
Collect customer feedback and report competitor activities to supervisors.
Assist with stock management and inform sales teams of replenishment needs.
Build and maintain good relationships with retail staff and customers.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and promotion techniques.
