Role Overview: VFM Holidays & Travel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join their team in Trivandrum. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include generating sales, assisting customers in selecting travel packages, providing detailed information about various travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to maintain relationships with clients, troubleshoot any issues, coordinate with travel service providers, and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will support the marketing team in promoting travel services and products.
