Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate located on-site in Trivandrum. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers in selecting travel packages, providing detailed information about various travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes maintaining relationships with clients, troubleshooting any issues, coordinating with travel service providers, and meeting sales goals. The Sales Associate will also support the marketing team in promoting travel services and products.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel and holiday packages, both domestic and international
• Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using booking and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
