Sales Professional

As a Sales Representative at Suntech, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. You will be promoting and selling Suntech's portfolio of scientific instruments, lab equipment, and technical solutions to clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with R&D teams, procurement heads, and decision-makers in target industries will be crucial for success in this role. Your role will also involve understanding client requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions. You will be expected to prepare and deliver product presentations, technical demos, and commercial proposals to potential clients. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be essential to contribute to business growth. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will be required to provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to support product development and strategy. Collaboration with technical and service teams will be necessary to ensure post-sales satisfaction and support for clients. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharma, or related fields). An MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing would be considered a plus. A minimum of 3-8 years of proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or laboratory equipment is required. A strong understanding of scientific/laboratory processes and instrumentation is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are key attributes for success in this role.
