Your Role

• Drive offline sales of our SaaS HRIS product to enterprises through direct engagement and relationship building.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales strategies and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships for client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to help shape product enhancements.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of solid experience in software product sales, with a focus on SaaS in a B2B environment.
• Prior experience selling SaaS products; exposure to HRIS domain is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets using a consultative approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events. Compensation
