Core responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation:

Identify potential new customers through methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.

Sales and negotiation:

Present products and services, explain features and benefits, and negotiate terms like price and delivery to close sales.

Sales strategy and analysis:

Analyze market information and competitive developments to help inform sales strategy.

Product knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and industry trends to effectively answer questions and address concerns.

Administrative tasks:

Maintain accurate records, prepare proposals, and use CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activity.
