As a Warranty Claims Processor, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims for eligible vehicles in a timely manner. Your main duties will include processing all warranty paperwork accurately to minimize rejections and delays. You will need to verify the criteria required by the VECV/Insurer and ensure all claims and credits are posted on SAP with the necessary documentation. In this role, you will also be responsible for promptly resubmitting any rejected claims or obtaining authorization to write them off when necessary. Tracking warranty parts by tagging them with the repair order number, date of replacement, and the date they may be disposed of will be an essential part of your job. Additionally, you will be required to organize and maintain all service records as per the warrantor's requirements. As a Warranty Claims Processor, you may also be assigned other duties as needed. Your attention to detail, ability to follow processes accurately, and timely handling of warranty claims will be critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all materials are delivered to customers as per TAT (Turn Around Time). Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on material dispatch and delivery. Gather and act on customer feedback regarding delivery experience. Arrange vehicles based on load and route requirements. Maintain timely vehicle servicing and ensure documentation is up to date. Ensure 100% POD (Proof of Delivery) upload on a daily basis with accurate records. Monitor fuel consumption and ensure fair remuneration to drivers based on kilometers and on-time performance. Close trip records daily and share cost sheets with Warehouse. Handle vendor coordination, including contract renewals for transporters. Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and Floor Incharge to align dispatch plans with route schedules. Review transporter invoices and ensure timely payment coordination with accounts. Conduct training sessions for drivers on safety, loading/unloading, and communication. Oversee vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Implement preventive measures to reduce transit losses or damages. Manage material returns, including recalls, warranty items, and unsold inventory.
