Go-To-Market Strategy: Visiting retailers, dealers, fleet owners, and transporters as per the planned schedule. Sales & Collection: Achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and collection targets across product segments. Customer & Market Expansion: Identifying and onboarding new customers while nurturing existing ones. Loyalty Program Execution: Driving the success of Mechanic Loyalty Program (MLP) and Retailer Loyalty Program (RLP). Marketing & Brand Visibility: Conducting marketing activities and ensuring effective product display at customer counters. Competitor Analysis: Monitoring and reporting competitor activities. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring timely communication. Reporting & Compliance: Maintaining daily market visit reports and timely submission of tour bills.
