Ergen Plastic Industries specializes in providing solutions for Material Handling Plastic Pallets for Warehouse Storage and Export Cargo. We also offer solutions for Secondary Containment for Storage of Drums and IBC's. As the provider of the largest range of Drum Spill Pallets in India, we continuously deliver economical solutions for secondary containment needs. Our commitment is to ensure our customers receive effective and efficient solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Jodhpur. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our product solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting assigned sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and following up on leads.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in Material Handling or Secondary Containment solutions is a plus
