Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our leading architecture firm specializing in premium residential, commercial, and luxury design projects, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead Handling & Conversion - Efficiently manage inbound & outbound leads with timely follow-ups. - Conduct detailed requirement-gathering discussions with clients. - Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project feasibility. - Client Interaction & Pitching - Address client queries confidently and clearly. - Present and pitch architectural services in a compelling manner. - Explain process flows, timelines, deliverables, and pricing structures. - Conduct both virtual and in-person presentations as required. - Sales Process Management - Prepare and share proposals, commercial quotes, and scope documents. - Handle objections effectively and offer solutions to facilitate decision-making. - Coordinate internally with design, project, and management teams. - Maintain CRM records for smooth communication throughout the sales cycle. - Deal Closure - Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope within company guidelines. - Strategically follow up to convert prospects into signed clients. - Ensure successful contract closure and seamless handover to the project team. Requirements: - Proven experience in high-ticket sales (Real Estate / Luxury Cars / Premium Services / Architecture / Interiors). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate design/project value. - Highly presentable, confident, and target-oriented. - Capable of working with minimal supervision and handling premium clientele professionally. - Knowledge of architecture or interior design industry is an added advantage.
