About the Role

oil & gas equipment Sales/Procurement

What you’ll do

Run end-to-end RFQ cycles with suppliers based on incoming requirements (spec review, sourcing, pricing, terms, and timelines).
Actively outreach to and nurture potential buyers to build a qualified pipeline.
Prepare and submit quotations; negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
Work closely with the Procurement Manager to follow internal processes from RFQ PO delivery.
Coordinate order execution (Incoterms, documentation, logistics follow-up) and maintain CRM accuracy.

What you must have

Proven experience in oil & gas equipment Sales/Procurement
(e.g., valves, pumps, compressors, turbines, instrumentation, piping, power gen, etc.).
Strong supplier and buyer network; track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Solid understanding of RFQ/quotation workflows, Incoterms, and export/import basics.
Excellent communication in English; strong negotiation and Excel/CRM skills.
Comfortable working remotely with daily overlap with Dubai (GST).
