Location: Remote (India) • Reports to: HQ Dubai • Type: Full-time About the Role Were hiring an experienced oil & gas equipment Sales/Procurement professional to drive supplier RFQs, generate buyer leads, and convert opportunities across India and the GCC. Monthly sales targets will be set and reviewed with the Dubai HQ team. What you’ll do Run end-to-end RFQ cycles with suppliers based on incoming requirements (spec review, sourcing, pricing, terms, and timelines). Actively outreach to and nurture potential buyers to build a qualified pipeline. Prepare and submit quotations; negotiate pricing, delivery, and commercial terms. Work closely with the Procurement Manager to follow internal processes from RFQ PO delivery. Coordinate order execution (Incoterms, documentation, logistics follow-up) and maintain CRM accuracy. What you must have Proven experience in oil & gas equipment Sales/Procurement (e.g., valves, pumps, compressors, turbines, instrumentation, piping, power gen, etc.). Strong supplier and buyer network; track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Solid understanding of RFQ/quotation workflows, Incoterms, and export/import basics. Excellent communication in English; strong negotiation and Excel/CRM skills. Comfortable working remotely with daily overlap with Dubai (GST).
