Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials/packaging items, and supporting smooth supply chain operations. Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and documentation.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and price comparison.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Support the Purchase Manager in daily procurement activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchase function (FMCG experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficency in both Hind & English
