Responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential international clients (using company-provided tools, scripts, and guidance).
• Conduct Zoom/Google Meet/phone calls to present services in a clear and professional way.
• Build trust, answer objections, and highlight how our websites deliver

  real business growth

• Negotiate terms and close deals confidently.
• Represent Oceano Luce Studio with professionalism in all client communications.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or international accent preferred).
• Experience handling

  international clients

  (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.).
• Confidence in video conferencing, presentations, and client negotiations.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills; ability to simplify technical solutions into

  business outcomes

• Prior experience in

• B2B sales, IT services, or digital marketing solutions

  is an advantage.

Compensation

• 15% of net profit on every closed deal.

$3,000–$10,000 (with ~30% profit margins).

• Example: \$10,000 project → \$3,000 profit → You earn

  $450 commission.

• Typical earnings:

  $100–$800 per deal
