Sales Operations Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Daily Coordination with Production, PPC to align the shipment schedule & analyze pipeline stages.

2. Implementation in ERP (Odo Software) as per Company requirement.

3. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools like AI based PO creation & resolving glitches.

4. Daily Coordination with clients as a part of customer relationship management.

5. Payment Collection & proper follow up with clients about timely payment

6. Daily Coordination with Accounts guiding through the purchase order.

7. Collect, clean, and organize sales data, and maintaining records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering degree from premier institute.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with focus.
• Understanding of tools like basic Excel or Google Sheets.

Excellent written & verbal English is Mandatory requisite.
