We are a cross-functional and collaborative group providing critical support to our APAC sales teams. Partnering with top-notch sales executives and go-to-market leaders, we enable and enhance their execution and productivity. We facilitate strategic planning and sales team development, driving organizational growth and capturing new opportunities.

Partner with the best

You'll support teams of sales executives responsible for acquiring and growing customer accounts across multiple APAC markets. Partnering with sales leaders and their teams you will implement creative solutions for a variety of challenges. Our culture of continuous improvement will provide you with an opportunity to make an immediate impact.As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with Akamai's Sales Enablement teams to develop and deliver training in sales systems and processes
• Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from inception through to launch and beyond
• Developing success metrics and implementing measurement processes to illustrate the impact of a transformation program
• Providing assessments and analytics in the development of sales territories and deployment of Account Executives
• Facilitating the development of the go-to-market organizational structure and associated sales framework to maximize productivity
• Partnering with Akamai's Tools & Reporting teams to implement and leverage sales enabling platforms/tools
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Be able to adapt processes to fit the needs and styles of diverse stakeholders and project
• Be skilled at managing dependencies across teams and functions
• Have background in Sales Operations and supporting Sales organizations as a strategic business partner
• Be passionate about partnering closely with senior sales leadership
• Have the ability to affect organizational changes in building scalable and repeatable processes
