Responsibilities / 職務責任

• Optimize and maintain sales processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide sales reporting, analytics, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
• Implement and manage CRM and sales tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• 営業プロセスを最適化・維持し、効率性を向上させる。
• 意思決定をサポートする営業レポート、分析、予測を提供する。
• 営業、マーケティング、財務チームと連携して円滑な業務運営を行う。
• CRMや営業ツールの導入・管理を行う。
• プロセス改善やコスト削減の機会を特定する。

Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
• ビジネス、マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号。
• セールスオペレーションまたは営業サポートの経験5年以上。
• 高度な分析力、問題解決能力、組織力。
• CRMシステム（Salesforce、HubSpotなど）およびMS Officeの使用経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。英語必須、日本語スキル歓迎。
