Malt Roaster

As a Malt Roaster based in Mumbai, your role will involve roasting malt, ensuring product quality, managing quality control processes, and training junior staff. Collaboration with team members is crucial to consistently produce the highest quality of specialty malts. You will also be responsible for communicating with suppliers and customers, as well as maintaining roasting equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Roasting malt to meet quality standards - Managing and implementing quality control processes - Training and mentoring junior staff members - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent production of specialty malts - Communicating effectively with suppliers and customers - Maintaining and servicing roasting equipment Qualifications Required: - Experience in coffee roasting and specialty coffee - Strong quality control skills - Excellent communication abilities - Training and mentoring capabilities - Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous - Knowledge of roasting equipment and maintenance - Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position for individuals with a passion for malt roasting and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.,
