By collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, you will identify areas for improvement such as optimizing inventory levels, identifying popular products, and streamlining operations. Your insights and recommendations based on data analysis will support management in making strategic and operational decisions to enhance the overall performance of the coffee business. Ideally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in the coffee industry, with a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. If working in a roasting facility, familiarity with coffee roasting principles and techniques is essential. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for coffee quality will be key to success in this role.,
