Sales & Operations Lead/Manager

As the first and sole member of the new FMCG business venture, your role will involve managing end-to-end operations and playing an integral part in building and expanding the company both in India and internationally. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing vendors and ensuring the quality of products - Conducting research and development for products in new markets within and outside India - Establishing processes for production, preservation, packaging, and forwarding - Identifying potential buyers in the B2B market and building a database for management and marketing in the B2C segment - Driving marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C channels - Overseeing and enhancing the online marketplace (E-commerce) presence Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or market development - Post Graduate qualification - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills - Experience in B2B and B2C sales - Good understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms - Willingness to travel as per business requirements - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills In addition to the challenging role, we offer: - Competitive salary package - Opportunity to shape and grow a new business venture - Exposure to both domestic and international markets - A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment,
