Sales Operations Executive

As a Sales & Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through outbound calls, supporting daily office operations, assisting with HR tasks, and providing overall team support. Your proactive and organized approach, along with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, will be essential in this dynamic position. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential leads, converting them into customers, generating leads, maintaining strong customer contacts, answering inquiries about products and services, closing sales deals, and supporting the sales team. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining follow-up pipelines, updating sales trackers, assisting in daily office admin tasks, supporting HR functions such as scheduling interviews and managing documentation, maintaining records using basic Excel, providing customer support as required, collaborating with team members for smooth operations, and being adaptable to taking on new tasks as the company grows. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, possess strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrate excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
