Sales Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing operational processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update sales data in the companys CRM/ERP systems.
• Track sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and payment details.
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment reconciliation, pledges, refunds, and EMI records.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies; make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy.
• Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to assist in decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Support the sales team in order processing, payment link creation, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (Freshers with strong skills will also be considered).
• Prior experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Data Management is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and data entry tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 per month
