Sales Operations Associate

As a Sales Operations Associate at Lumel Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams by managing lead activities and providing sales support. Your responsibilities will include directing inbound leads to the appropriate sales representatives, maintaining CRM accuracy, assisting in quote creation and tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads to guide them through the sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for creating and updating sales process documentation and ensuring that CRM systems are up to date with all prospect interactions and pipeline stages. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a graduate degree and demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You should have proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems like HubSpot, as well as proven problem-solving abilities and common sense in decision-making. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, be able to learn quickly, and adapt to new tools and processes effectively.
