Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Operations Assistant role at Rosenblatt Securities located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Operations Assistant will provide the Sales Support Lead and the broader US-based sales team with clerical, CRM and event marketing support. Responsibilities: CRM data entry - update/entry of contacts, accounts, contact lists, events and interactions Create event itineraries as requested Help standardize/correct CRM data, including account categories and addresses Update conference registration portal (MeetMax) Help create event invitation email templates and registration jotforms Gather conference content information (speaker headshots, bios, company bios and logos) to update conference marketing materials including the website showcase pages Assist with sales administrative requests as needed Enter expense reports as requested for head of sales Ad hoc administrative projects Document workflows Skills and Traits Desired: Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets Great attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple urgent duties Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal Data entry and data clean-up Analytical and data analysis skills Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple urgent duties Ability to coordinate across multiple departments Tech-savvy - quickly learns new software Qualifications: Prior experience in CRM management or administrative support (preferred). Familiarity with event planning tools like MeetMax and Jotform is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Show more Show less
