Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Sales Operation Executive. The Sales Operation Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales operations daily. This includes analyzing sales data, coordinating with sales teams, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the efficient functioning of sales processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze sales data and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams and customers
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Proficient Sales Operations skills to support and manage sales processes
• Experience in Sales to collaborate effectively with sales teams
• Ability to work on-site in Trivandrum
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
• In depth Knowedge in mastering MS office , PPT , Poster Making and Creativity Skills in designing
