Sales Operation Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and confident Sales Operation Executive who will act as a bridge between our company and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain communication with existing clients and understand their requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting them into active clients
• Keep records of client interactions and prepare regular status reports
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales, client communication, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, polite, and good at managing conversations
• Quick learner with a problem-solving attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
