Sales Officers

As a Sales Officer for our company, your role will involve promoting and selling our range of plywood and related wood products to dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. Your background in the plywood or building materials industry, along with your strong market knowledge, will be instrumental in building long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell plywood, laminates, and allied products to dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. - Develop and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory. - Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions. - Educate clients on product features, specifications, and applications. - Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers. - Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. - Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records using CRM or manual logs. - Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. - Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration). - 2-5 years of experience in plywood, laminates, or building material sales. - Strong knowledge of the local plywood/dealer market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
