Role Overview: Sales Incharge, will be responsible for driving and managing sales operations in your assigned territory. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base through strategic onboarding of distributors and retailers, and ensuring efficient market penetration. You will also oversee customer retention, financial discipline, and adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand the sales network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention. Ensure timely billing and collection of payments to support healthy financial operations. Conduct regular market visits to assess performance, gather insights, and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with supervisors to align territory-level goals with overall business strategy. Ensure stock availability and optimize supply chain efficiency within the region. Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics to fine-tune sales strategies. Execute marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and product launches effectively. Maintain professional conduct and discipline in all sales-related activities. Provide excellent post-sales service and handle key customer escalations efficiently. Submit detailed sales reports, market insights, and performance metrics to management. Take on additional tasks or territories as directed to support business growth and team needs.
