Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers who may be interested in obtaining a gold loan.
Conduct market research to understand the local demographics and competition.
Present the features and benefits of the gold loan product to potential customers.
Explain the loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation for the gold loan application.
Ensure that all required documents are collected and verified as per the company's policies.
Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the organisation.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - Minimum 1 to 2 years in gold loan or field sales experience.
Gender - Male candidates only.
Ability to speak in the local language and English.
Strong product knowledge and understanding of Banking products & services.
Understanding of local market and captive client base
Age: Above 22 to 30 Years.
Job Location - Bangalore.
Requirements - Two wheeler with a valid driving licence.
