Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in seed sales (knowledge of seeds will be an added advantage)

Education: Graduate or a related field preferred

Location: South Bengal: Hooghly and surrounding areas. North Bengal: Malda, Siliguri, Jalpaiguri

Job Description

Drive sales of seeds in the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
Identify market opportunities and expand customer base
Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients
Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and promotional activities
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback
Prepare reports and update management on sales performance
