• Completing Annual and Monthly Sales Target
• Execution of Activity plan in every product range, in co-ordination with RH and Marketing Team.
• Effective Travel Plan to cover the territory

• Driving Primary and Secondary sales of entire product mix as per monthly plan.
• Driving schemes and demand generation as per the budgeted numbers.
Market Information:
• Market mapping of Distributors dealing in Auto-Component business in territory.
• Market Mapping of Retailers / Mechanics in territory Classified in terms of potential.
Sales Promotion:
• Participation in various Product Campaigns, Organizing Retailer/Mechanic Meet and other promotional activities.
• Timely completion of loyalty programs / campaigns, etc. and submission of data to Area Manager as per specified timelines.
Should be from Automotive 2 wheeler and 3 Wheeler background.
