The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG/Baby Care/Personal Care/Diapers/OTC/Cosmetic sectors, and currently be based in Ahmedabad, with deep knowledge of Ahmedabad City & North Gujarat zone. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Handle and grow General Trade & Modern Trade business in the assigned territory. Manage existing distributors and appoint new ones in uncovered markets. Drive sales targets, monitor sales performance, and ensure primary & secondary sales achievement. Work closely with Modern Trade regional chains and local supermarket chains. Ensure visibility, planogram execution, and product availability across MT outlets. Execute promotions and track competition activities in the market. Regular market visits and beat planning to ensure strong retail coverage. Coordinate with merchandising/promoter team for store-level execution.
