Job Opportunity: Sales Officer – Baby Care Products (FMCG/OTC) Company: Softsens Baby Softsens Baby is hiring Sales Officers to strengthen our presence in the baby care segment. This is a full-time on-site role in the following locations: PCMC HQ with Ex-HQ working in Nashik and Ahmednagar (City & Upcountry Markets) Nagpur HQ with Ex-HQ working in Bhandara, Gondia, Wardha, and Rural Nagpur Key Responsibilities: Appoint and manage Super Stockists and Distributors Drive Channel Sales in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) Lead and execute new product launches Develop strong networks with local retailers and distributors Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market expansion Required Experience: 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, OTC, Cosmetics, General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) Strong understanding of the local market and retail network Prior experience in baby care products is a plus Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and team-oriented Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field To Apply: Send your updated CV to: saurabh.pande@softsensbaby.com Be part of a growing brand that's redefining baby care in India!
