Position Overview

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hotel/hospitality services to corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and walk-in customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct client visits, sales calls, and follow-ups within Kathmandu Valley as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (front office, reservations, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
• Prepare sales reports, client databases, and market feedback for management review.
• Support promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain professional representation of the company at all times.
  

Educational Qualification

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management (BBA, BBM, BHM, or equivalent).
  

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality sales, corporate sales, or service-sector sales will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may also be considered.
  

Other Requirements

• Must possess own two-wheeler (2W) with a valid driving license.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within Kathmandu Valley only, as and when required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a presentable and professional attitude.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
• Special priority will be given to qualified female candidates.
