Job Description

Role & responsibilities Drive the business for GROHE and AMERICAN STANDARD luxury product range. Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Visit new construction sites, individual clients, architects, and builders to build a funnel of prospects. Ensure proper product and brand display at dealer stores. Manage the assigned sales territory to maximize revenues and meet company goals. Promote high-end products with technical specifications to architects, interior designers, dealers, and builders. Conduct product demonstrations at dealer counters. Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and personal meetings. Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients. Gather market and customer information. Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. Requirements: Bike is mandatory for field travel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be from building material industry, and should ave prior experience in B2B sales and Field work
